Great app. Full version of the Merck Manual including pics, tables and graphs. Doesnt need wifi to access so you can easily reference ward issues or differential diagnoses on the fly. Very stable and can browse by system, symptom or search for a term. The only thing I would want is landscape support to view tables a little easier. Maybe an update can help? Otherwise, 5 stars!

This is a very handy little app, especially for the med student in clinical placements. Its a complete version of Merck, so no need for wifi, just pull up the app and search for what you need. Landscape view would be really nice as there are times when it would bemich easier to view the material in that format. For a market starved for real, high quality medical texts at a reasonable price this is a very welcome addition.

Easily one of the best medical apps out there. An absolute must for any student in medicine. The level of detail on a very wide range of topics rivals any textbook. A lifeline in clinical placement. I have purchased numerous apps but rely 90 percent on this one!

Great app for anyone in the medical profession. Hours and hours of information on here. Still trying to find out how to see pictures, hence why the app is not 5 stars.

I was so glad to find this app, since the Merck Manual is the medical bible. But I only give it a 3 because I cant open images and pics. Other than that, as my work partner said the other night, "who needs a dr, we got a Merck Manual" ( just kidding of course)

This is a very handy resource. I use this quite often.

Terrible app! Skyscape and medscape are much better and are FREE! The user interface needs work and the basic search and indexing often doesnt work. Not cool when Im trying to look something up quickly in an emergency. I wasted my money on this.

I was hesitant for awhile in purchasing the app because of the price. I am not in the med field just a person who wants to study symptoms for the family. I have been in a few situations where I had to do research when my daughter/s ended up in the hospital. I found myself doing research on the net and deciphering what is true/false or an opinion. I end up finding everything on the net eventually and for free. I used this app for 10 mins and I can tell I have no regrets in making this purchase. I can easily do searches and the level of detail is understandable and more than enough for my purposes. Ron

I have used this throughout clerkship and it has been very useful. Not only was it helpful for review and differentials on the wards, its also a great resource for the emerg and being on-call since you can search by symptoms and it gives you an overview of ddx, history, physical and investigations that are warranted. Also came in handy for OBGYN and paediatrics. Easy to use and navigate and doesnt need data. I will renew my subscription. it is well worth it to have one resource like this rather then bother with google every time and sieve through random searches on the fly.

Great app. A little pricey for an app, but the info is definitely worth it.

Im a medical student, and I love how easy this app is to navigate. Merck gives a great overview of common conditions for quick reference on the wards, and lays a nice foundational understanding for further study. The history feature is also great to keep track of topics youd like to revisit. Its not the most in depth or comprehensive, but its one of my most frequently used pocket references.

The app does not run. Nothing more one can say.

Stuck on the app loading screen, it keeps trying to download something after I hit accept and doesnt finish. Tried on wifi and LTE data. No luck.

After trying multiple times, the app is unable to load to 100% and gets stuck at 85% which make the app useless.

I am not sure what developers have done, but as other users have found try to download and gets stuck at 85%. I am deleting this app. Shame because last version had good content.

....then it freezes and eventually crashes.
