Unfortunately Drug information needs online access in this version, the previous one didnt need internet access for drugs!!! Pls fix it

Reasonable info but wrapped in a bad, poorly coded app. Wont update and crashes constantly. Dont get this series.

After you agree to the Terms and Conditions it will only download about 90% of the way before it freezes.

It is stuck at 90% download.

How many things are wrong? It abuses notifications. Apple needs to remove this app until it is fixed. It shows a red badge and there is no way to remove it. After install it wastes your time by downloading an update and gets stuck at 90% consistently.

The app download is faulty. Help!

The prior version was great. I would not purchase this version.

Recently downloaded this app and was looking forward to using it. Unfortunately there is a new update that doesnt seem to completely download so that makes the app useless.

Tried all night long it could not download . Please work on it for us. Treat as urgent please!!

This app was a go to on rounds- easy to look up information on the go. With the new updated version it seems they have just ported the online website into a very bad attempt at an app. Not very streamlined/the bulleted tabs actually deter away from being able to quickly get a quick glance of the information and make it more cumbersome to navigate- requiring more attention to the app than your surroundings. The search button does not work- causes the app to crash immediately- which basically makes the whole app pointless because going through systems and than all the tabs to find the disease information you want is a waste of time- This def needs to be looked into. The point of being able to use a great manual like Merck on the phone is too have all the trusted information of the book available easily and quickly on call. Hopefully, the developers pushed this version and will look into fixing up future versions- although with the previous versions the developers were very very slow with updates if any- so lets see what they are able to fix. Bottom line: use the web interface on Your phone if you need a better searchable index or as of now stick with your pocket reference guides.

This was my go-to when I needed information. Now, I would rather just look stuff up online and Google it rather than use this app. I dont get it... This app was good! Trustworthy! What in the blue hell were they thinking???

As others have noted, after one accepts agreement it downloads to 80% and then crashes. Prior versions have worked excellently. I am running latest iOS so that is not the issue.

The latest update does not Work. It will not download. It just keeps saying try again. Bad version please fix immediately. Paid a lot of money for a non working app.

Can not load the new updated version. Used the app for at least 2 years without any problems until this new update. Incredibly incompetent on behalf of the Merck
